About the Role

As a Producer at Yellow Panda, you’ll be at the heart of our game development projects, collaborating with global clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality deliveries on time and on budget. You’ll manage projects from concept to completion, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams (art, engineering, design, QA), and ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders. Your ability to balance creativity, process, and client expectations will make you a key player in our growing studio.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the full lifecycle of game outsourcing projects (LiveOps, Porting, Full-Cycle Development)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent communication and alignment of expectations
• Coordinate internal teams (art, design, engineering, QA) to deliver milestones on time and within scope
• Create and maintain project schedules, task tracking, and documentation using project management tools
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and proactively solve problems to keep projects on track
• Support scoping, estimates, proposals, and production planning for new projects
• Ensure delivery of high-quality assets, builds, and services that meet both client and Yellow Panda standards
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that reflects Yellow Panda’s values of creativity, clarity, and charisma

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in the game industry (outsourcing, co-development, or internal studios)
• Solid understanding of game development processes (mobile and/or web preferred)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar)
• Comfortable working with international clients and distributed teams
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and in Portuguese.
• Passion for games and curiosity for new technologies and trends
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
