About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Roblox Developer to join our team and help build, launch, and maintain high-quality games and interactive experiences. You will be responsible for implementing and evolving core gameplay systems using Lua, ensuring smooth user experience, and optimizing performance to meet memory and platform targets. Collaborating closely with designers and artists, you will translate creative vision into engaging, scalable features that captivate players worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain gameplay features and systems using Roblox Studio and Lua.
• Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable architectures for game systems.
• Integrate and refine game mechanics, UI, and networked interactions.
• Work with existing codebases and pipelines, understanding and extending established patterns.
• Apply optimization techniques and platform-specific best practices for performance and stability.
• Collaborate in technical discussions and align with team priorities and milestones.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience working with Roblox Studio.
• Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Games, or related field.
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture and networking basics.
• Familiarity with Roblox APIs such as Data Store, Remote Events, and UI tools.
• Experience with core game loops and progression systems.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

• Prior experience with live service game development.
• Hands-on work with Unreal Engine or Unity on previous projects.
• Knowledge of technical art workflows and optimization mindset.
