About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Unreal Engine Developer to join our team and help build, launch, and maintain high-quality games. You’ll be responsible for implementing and evolving core gameplay systems, ensuring smooth user experiences, and supporting LiveOps initiatives that keep our games engaging for players worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain gameplay features and systems using Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5)
• Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable C++ and Blueprint-based solutions
• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and technical artists to translate design requirements into high-quality in-game features
• Integrate and iterate on gameplay mechanics, character behavior, AI, UI, and camera systems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and best practices
• Debug, profile, and optimize gameplay systems to meet performance and memory targets
• Work within existing codebases and pipelines, understanding and extending established systems
• Actively participate in sprint planning, estimations, and daily stand-ups
• Implement features following technical design documents and production guidelines
• Identify technical risks early and propose practical, production-ready solutions
• Support integration of assets and features from internal and external teams
• Fix bugs and address technical issues reported by QA in a timely manner
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
• Perform Console ports of popular PC and Mobile Games

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience working with Unreal Engine (UE4 and/or UE5)
• Strong proficiency in C++ within Unreal Engine
• Solid experience with Blueprints, including creating and maintaining gameplay systems
• Experience working on AA or AAA game projects in a professional studio environment
• Strong understanding of gameplay programming, including character controllers, cameras, AI, UI, and game states
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine core systems such as:
• Gameplay Framework (Actors, Pawns, Components, Game Modes, etc.)
• Animation systems (Animation Blueprints, State Machines)
• Physics and collision
• Input systems
• Experience collaborating with designers, artists, and technical artists to implement features and iterate on gameplay
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce, or similar)
• Good debugging, profiling, and optimization skills
• Comfortable working in a team-based, iterative development environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

What Makes You Stand Out

• Prior experience with outsourcing or codevelopment studios
• Experience with networked / multiplayer gameplay
• Familiarity with performance optimization for consoles or PC
• Experience with build pipelines, packaging, and deployment
• Knowledge of game math and physics concepts
• Shipped titles on PC, console, or XR platforms
